A 12-point checklist for viewings
What photos don't tell you: water pressure, noise, sun direction and building rules.
Give a first viewing at least 30 minutes, ideally at the time of day you'd actually be home.
- Run every tap — pressure and hot water
- Listen for road, lift and neighbour noise
- Check afternoon sun and ceiling water stains
- Ask about common fees, pet rules and letting rules
Save the ones you like to your shortlist and compare them later.
